How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Usesscheduled Remodeling to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How things went when you called or contacted Usesscheduled Remodeling
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work, and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what each side said.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Know this, though: Usesscheduled Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot act for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@usesscheduled.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will email you to confirm we got your complaint. This usually happens within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Last, we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
